Rubrica is a structured and solid red wine from Alentejo. It has full of rich, ripe black fruits. It is rounded with succulent tannins and a strong mineral acidity.

Rubrica is a red wine produced with exclusively Alicante Bouschet, Touriga Nacional, Petit Verdot, Syrah, Aragonês and Tinta Miúda red grapes from the region of Alentejo. After a prolonged maceration the fermentation process occurred at low and controlled temperatures. The wine was stayed, for 8 months, in French oak barrels until bottling.

Tasting Notes:
Rubrica is a red wine from the Alentejo full of berries. It is spicy and fragrant with dry tannins, along with rich fruits and the smoothing effect of the ageing into the wood.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
Borges Reserva is a rich red wine from Dão, full of fruit concentration, austere and potent tannins and elegant balsamic aromas. It is a very complex red wine, incorporating mineral notes, which give it freshness and elegance, notes of spices and dry tobacco leaf that give it quality along with well-marked acidity.
Pombal do Vesuvio is a concentrated red wine with a dark colour. It show's plenty of mineral notes while preserving all black fruits openned. The black-cherry and blackberry flavors are combined with some firm dry tannins, hidden under layers of delicious ripe fruit.
Quinta da Escusa Reserva is a complex red wine filled with an elegance from the Tejo region. It's a red wine dominated by intense aromas of ripe red fruits developing in delicious aromas of cocoa and vanilla, seasoning by subtle mint scents. Of sober and structured tannins presents good wood notes and an extraordinary acidity.
Herdade do Rocim Amphora is a red wine of ancestral nature, clean and elegant, fruity and velvety. With a mineral character, it displays earthy aromas along with ripe red fruits, with pure aromas of ripe cherries and sour cherries standing out. It reveals juicy and firm tannins, notes of spices and very well integrated acidity.
Quinta Vale do Bragão Reserva is a red wine with complex, rich and intensely fruity aromas from the Douro region. It has a robust maturity in aromas of black fruits, such as cherries, blackberries, and plums in perfect harmony with the balsamic, vanilla, spice notes and a great freshness.
Intense red-garnet color. Intense aroma, nuances of wild fruits. Spices and red fruits. Very fresh and elegant floral notes of violet. Sweet and full in the mouth, with polished, very soft tannins and a long warm finish.
